Purslane is part of The Oberon Group, a neighborhood-focused restaurant group with a commitment to sustainability. We started Purslane as a way to serve our community outside of our restaurants. Sustainability wasn’t part of our origin story, but we realized we had an opportunity to make a difference in one of the most wasteful industries out there. So we made a commitment to bring a new standard of sustainability to weddings, celebrations, and events.
